Warrant of Fitness - Blood Test & Analysis

Think of this as your personal health insurance! The best way to address disease is to prevent it from occurring. Much like your car receives a WOF once or twice a year to make sure it’s road worthy, this is an excellent way to highlight any concerns before they erupt or to investigate any arising symptoms. An analysis and report will be completed on a full set of bloods. The report will delve into what each blood reading means, whether it’s optimal or not and give you detailed advice on what steps you need to take to optimise your results. This advice will cover dietary changes, lifestyle changes and supplement interventions (and where to get them from) if necessary. 

The analysis will cover any bloods from the below list you have had done in the last 6 months. If you wish to get more blood tests done please get in touch once you have purchased the WOF - you will need to pay to get additional testing done at a blood lab - the cost is $10-50 per test.

Blood testing: HbA1c, fasting insulin, complete blood count, liver function test, B12/B9, full iron studies, Na/K, TSH, cholesterol panel, CRP, vitamin D, serum zinc.

  • A personalised detailed health report to address and optimise your blood results

  • Opportunity to ask questions via one email response to the report (more than this and you’ll need to book in for a consultation)

What to expect:


  1. Book in this service and follow the steps in the confirmation email.

  2. Complete blood testing at your local lab or send through recent blood results.

  3. Receive your personalised report within 1 week of your results being received by us. 

  4. Email any questions through within a day of receiving the report. 

  5. Book in for a consultation if you require further support/guidance.
