What does it involve?

Having supported thousands of women on their weight loss journey, Grace knows the key factors that need to be addressed for lasting weight release. We know that weight loss is a bi-product of a healthy body and so you won’t be counting calories or weighing out portion sizes but instead learning to listen to your body and understanding how to live in a way that promotes health and therefore effortless weight loss.

Each week you will meet with your group for 1 hour to work through the 7 major factors in weight loss and discuss how to implement these into your lifestyle.

An eating plan will be provided from which you will add to weekly as you learn more and more about your unique biology and how to harness your body’s potential. Our goal is to kick-start your weight loss journey during the 8 weeks and set you up with the tools to move forward and reach your optimal weight. 

FAQ

  • The groups run for 8 weeks with a 60-90 minute session per week.

  • There will be a maximum of 12 people per session.

  • You will be added to a group chat for support throughout the week and to share successes/challenges/recipes etc.

  • Yes, each session is recorded and you’ll be able to watch these if you are unable to make a session. These will be available for one month post the final sessions.

  • Yes you will receive a handout per session and are also encouraged to take notes every session.
